We aim to support young Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Trans people in all aspects of their lives. Through accessing our services, we can help young people feel more connected and positive about their identity and able to make the most of their opportunities in life.
We’re here to support you. We can offer a safe space or meet in a location that suits you, to talk through what’s on your mind and help get access to other services if needed.
In the past we have supported young people in various aspects of their lives from topics such as faith and religion, to housing, mental health, pregnancy, alcohol and drug use, and general well-being.
We have a flexible approach to our LGBT support. We work with you in order to support you the best way we can, whether that be face to face or over the phone, a visit to you or a trip to our offices. As well as face-to-face support, we offer online support through Skype and email.
We’re not counsellors here at SYA, but we are highly skilled, and knowledgeable about the world of LGBT and LGBT support. We’re also here to guide you to many of the other services available in Cambridge, and support you to access them.
If you’re aged under 25, LGBT, living in Cambridge city or wider Cambridgeshire and would like to arrange a 1-2-1 session Contact us or call 01223 369508, alternatively text 07808189158.
